In certain situations, an in-person examination or referral to another healthcare provider may be recommended.

6. Customized Ayurvedic Medicines

Where customized formulations are prescribed:

Medicines are prepared specifically for the individual patient based on clinical assessment.

Composition, dosage, and duration are determined by the consulting practitioner.

Customized formulations are intended solely for the prescribed individual and should not be shared with others.

7. Product Availability

Availability of Ayurvedic medicines, customized formulations, or wellness products may vary.

BhooNityaa7 Ayurveda reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products where necessary while maintaining appropriate standards of care.

8. Payment Terms

Payments may be accepted through approved methods, including UPI and QR code.

Appointments requiring advance payment will be confirmed after payment verification.

Payment verification may take approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours.

9. Refund & Cancellation

Consultation fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed.

Customized Ayurvedic medicines are prepared specifically for individual patients and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Classical or proprietary Ayurvedic medicines are not eligible for return if:

The seal is opened or broken.

10. Membership & Wellness Programs

Membership plans and wellness programs are designed to support long-term health management.

Program benefits, validity, inclusions, and pricing may change from time to time without prior notice.

Unused services under a membership plan may be subject to the specific terms applicable at the time of enrollment.

11. Intellectual Property
