Appointment & Consultation Policy

Appointments may be booked through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, or other official communication channels.

Patients are requested to arrive on time for scheduled consultations. Late arrival may reduce consultation time or require rescheduling depending on availability.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, kindly inform us in advance so that we may assist with rescheduling where possible.

Online consultations are available for suitable cases; however, an in-clinic examination may be recommended whenever necessary for appropriate evaluation and care.
